My guest today is Grant Nissly. Grant is an online creator and the founder of MyMBA, an 8 week online course designed to help professionals launch a business career they will love. Grant recently left his full time job at Ernst & Young to pursue MyMBA full time.

In this episode, Grant and I discussed his recent curation of Balaji Srinivasan's work. Grant taught me about the metaverse, which was a term I'd heard many times but wasn't sure what it meant. We talked about MyMBA—why Grant built it, how it works, and the outcomes his students are seeing. And we also discussed how Grant made his decision to transition from a stable career with a big four consulting firm to the uncertain path of entrepreneurship.
